From bond ratings to development activity to tearing down the Skeleton Building on Eden Street, from opening the process of government to initiating infrastructure improvements to attracting national and international investment to the city, Chelsea has been re-created for the better.
"Chelsea's pride is back! I am pleased to join with our elected and appointed officials of City government to celebrate each other's success and press forward for even greater achievement. Together with other stakeholders in the city and so many friends outside the city, our collective efforts will ensure that all of Chelsea benefits from "Working the Plan for a Healthy Chelsea."
